The dimensions given below are based on a 650mm scale and 3mm action at the 12th fret for the "G" string using Augustinee Blue Label strings. A different action height and/or different string tenion will require different intonation dimensions. To get the best results, we recommend using a strobe tuner to determine the proper saddle intonation points.
If you use a milling machine for making the bridge slot according to the indicated dimensions, the intonation will be most accurate. Don't forget to drill the cable holes in the same setup. You can also make drilling and routing templates this way.
